What is the shipping status of my card?

We start the card production and shipping process as soon as you finish your registration. You can register through the link that is sent to you by e-mail.

We do not yet have a way to share the shipping status of your card with you; however, you should receive your card within 12 working days.

If you haven't received your card within 12 working days, please contact us via chat or e-mail (help@coverflex.com) and indicate your DNI/NIE, so we can check what's going on.
