My card has not arrived. What should I do?

The Coverflex card is sent within 12 working days.

Make sure you have the correct and complete address in your Coverflex app/web app:

Profile > Card (see example below).
If the address is not correct, you should contact us through our chat (9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday) or send us an e-mail to ayuda@coverflex.com indicating your DNI/NIE and the correct and/or complete address for a duplicate.

If the card's address is correct, you should contact us through our chat (9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday) or send us an e-mail to ayuda@coverflex.com, so that we can check what happened to your card.
