What is Coverflex? 🤔
Coverflex Meal is a solution that allows companies to maximise their savings and employees to maximise their compensation. As an employee, you'll have access to a smart card that you can use to pay for food in restaurants, bars, cafes and such. You'll also have access to the Coverflex app, where you can manage your account and check your balance!

Ready to start your Coverflex experience? 🚀
The first step is to create your Coverflex account. By now you should have received an email from your company inviting you to join Coverflex👇🏻 - just click on "Create account" and follow the steps!
If you haven't received this email, please contact the person responsible for Coverflex at your company.
Once you've chosen a password, you'll need to enter your IBAN and your address. If your company has chosen to have the card sent to your personal address rather than the company address, you will also need to confirm the address where you would like to receive your Coverflex card 💳. The card can take up to 12 working days to arrive at the indicated address.

Meal 🍽️
Coverflex Meal is much more than a meal card: it's a self-service, 100% digital experience from the start.
You have access to the card and the Coverflex app, the card works in restaurants, coffee shops, bars within the VISA network, meaning there’s no closed network of partners.
Fun fact: you can also use it in apps like Glovo, UberEats, Too Good to Go or Just Eat! Just add the card directly to the app where you want to use it.

Can I change the PIN code of my Coverflex card?
- Yes! You can change the PIN anytime through the card management section of your Coverflex profile in the mobile app or the website.

I tried to use my Coverflex card in a restaurant and it was refused! Now what?
- There is no closed network of restaurants where your Coverflex card is accepted. Most likely, the card was refused because the establishment doesn't have a VISA payment terminal.

Can I request a new card?
- If you no longer have the card with you, you should block or cancel it to prevent other people from using it. You can find these options in your app, in the section about your card. Requesting a new card is very simple: just contact us through the chat or email us at ayuda@coverflex.com.
